A calm page for someone outside the Network, linked from your email. They answer in one tap, no account needed.

Add one

When you hand off a to-do By email, press Add a task page (or No thanks).

1. Check the preview. Leave out any part they shouldn't see; Put back brings it back.
2. Pick how long the link works: 7, 14 or 30 days.
3. Press Add to email. The link goes into your draft, and you send the email yourself.

What they see

The task and what you chose to show, with three answers: I'm on it, Done, or Can't do this. Their answer comes back on your to-do.

The page is sealed with a key that is only in the link. Our servers only learn which step it's at.

Stop sharing

Press Stop sharing on the to-do. The page is deleted at once and the link no longer works.
