Cancel or delete
Cancel any time. Export first if you like; your data is deleted 30 days later, backups included.
Cancel
- On your account page, open Billing and press Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. It ends with the month you paid for. Cancel in the free days and you pay nothing.
Changed your mind? Keep my subscription takes it back. In the EU you can also withdraw within 14 days with Withdraw from contract here.
Your data after you cancel
It's kept for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted, backups included. To keep using it on your own computer, see Move to your own computer.
Delete everything now
On your account page, open Data, type DELETE and press Wipe everything now. It ends your subscription, revokes Google and Microsoft access, and deletes your server, its backups and all its data. This can't be undone.
Without a hosted server, the button is Delete my account. A Machine on your own computer stays as it is.
