Sharing rules

Per Fleet and per kind of question, what your Machine may answer. Ask me first, Always, Never or Names only.

Set them

In the Fleet tab, open Sharing. Each kind of question has a rule:

• Ask me first: you see each question and decide.
• Always: your Machine answers by itself.
• Never: it declines.
• Names: only names, no details.

It never shares email content, or what your meetings are about. "Different for someone? Add an exception" sets a rule for one person.

Rules change only on the dashboard, never from a message.

The first time someone asks

A question that needs you comes as a card, with Share once, Always share, Decline or Never share.
