A calm page for someone outside the Network, linked from your email. They answer in one tap, no account needed.

Add one

When you hand off a card By email, press Add a task page (or No thanks).

1. Check the preview. Leave out any part they shouldn't see; Put back brings it back.
2. Pick how long the link works: 7, 14 or 30 days.
3. Press Add to email. The link goes into your draft, and you send the email yourself.

What they see

The task and what you chose to show, with three answers: I'm on it, Done, or Can't do this. Their answer comes back on your card.

The page is sealed with a key that is only in the link. Our servers only learn which step it's at.

Stop sharing

Press Stop sharing on the card. The page is deleted at once and the link no longer works.
