Make it yours
It learns how you write and what you want by itself. What you can set, and the quickest ways to teach it.
Most of it happens by itself. Your Machine learns from what you do, so there is little to set up and nothing to build.
It learns by itself
- How you write: from the messages you send yourself, per channel, so an email reads like your emails and a chat like your chats. Drafts follow it.
- What you want: from the to-dos you finish, dismiss or snooze, and why.
- Facts and habits: from what you say in a to-do's chat, like "I never take calls on Fridays".
About twice a day it makes a few small changes from this. Feedback, What I've learned shows each one, with Undo. See Writing.
Teach it faster
- Edit a draft before you send it. It learns from what you changed.
- Tap Do it differently, or Ask for changes on a draft, and say what you'd like.
- Tap Not needed and pick why.
- Tell it in a to-do's chat: "shorter, and no exclamation marks". It shows Saved to How you write when it took it.
What you can set
In Settings:
- Writing: your signatures, and the lines on how you write per channel. Change any line in your own words. See Writing.
- Notifications: what reaches you, where, and in which Work hours. See Notifications and Work hours.
- Security: Standard or Careful, for how much shows on your phone and how long things are kept. See Security levels.
- Language and region: the language it uses with you, and how dates read. See Settings.
What your team sees is in Sharing rules and Security and privacy.
Skills, for your own steps
A skill is for a task with steps of your own, like "how we answer pricing questions". You don't need one for your writing style or preferences: those it learns by itself. See Skills.
